The invention discloses a fuming device and a fuming machine for a model airplane and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the fuming device comprises an insulating hollow pipe and a capillary alloy pipe, the heating power of the capillary alloy pipe is controlled by controlling the duty ratio of voltage loaded at the two ends of the capillary alloy pipe, the highest temperature of tobacco tar is calculated by measuring the resistance of the capillary alloy pipe, and the maximum temperature of the tobacco tar is calculated by measuring the resistance of the capillary alloy pipe. A part of the capillary alloy pipe is wrapped by the insulating hollow pipe, the heat exchange area is increased, the heat exchange time is prolonged, and the temperature stability of the tobacco tar and the fuming quality are improved. And as an insulating heat-conducting material is not needed as a heat exchange medium, the weight is reduced, the size is reduced, and the device is suitable for model airplanes and unmanned aerial vehicles. The invention further discloses a smoke generation machine which comprises the smoke generation device of the smoke generation machine.
