The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle surveying and planning positioner which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a mounting plate and a positioner body, a connecting block is fixedly mounted at the top of the positioner body, a connecting groove matched with the connecting block is formed in the bottom of the mounting plate, and first mounting grooves are formed in the two sides of an inner cavity of the connecting groove correspondingly; a reset spring is fixedly mounted in an inner cavity of the first mounting groove, a limiting strip is fixedly mounted at one end of the reset spring, and limiting grooves matched with the limiting strip are formed in the two sides of the surface of the connecting block. According to the surveying and planning positioner for the unmanned aerial vehicle, through arrangement of the connecting block, the connecting groove, the limiting strip, the limiting groove, the first inclined plane, the second inclined plane and the L-shaped connecting rod, the positioner body is mounted in a clamping mode, so that the positioner body is mounted and dismounted without any auxiliary tool, and convenience is brought to use of people; therefore, the mounting and dismounting efficiency is improved.
