An empennage is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the rear end of a fuselage shell; the two fixed wings and the ailerons are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the fuselage shell respectively; shell covers and steering engine supports of the two tilting mechanisms are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the transverse plate pair in the fuselage framework respectively; the machine body shell is wrapped outside a frame structure formed by the retainer pair, the connecting pipe group, the rear square frame and the longitudinal square pipes in the machine body framework; the front rotor wings are symmetrically arranged at the front ends of the fixed wings and can be controlled by a tilting mechanism to rotate in the horizontal and vertical directions; the rear rotor wing is arranged at the rear lower part of the fuselage, plays a role in balancing the fuselage, and can provide larger lift force at the same time; the tilting mechanism adopts a four-bar mechanism and is driven by a double-shaft steering engine, so that the burden of the steering engine can be reduced, and the control precision is ensured; a power supply and controller placing space is reserved in the machine body. According to the tilt rotor fixed wing unmanned aerial vehicle structure arrangement form, the purposes that the unmanned aerial vehicle is good in aerodynamic performance and the mass is reduced can be achieved.
