The invention provides a P2.5 configuration engine to hybrid drive mode switching coordination method and system, and the method comprises the steps: 1, analyzing the structure principle and mode switching process of a P2.5 configuration, building mode switching process kinetic equations at different stages, and achieving the control of the actual output torque through two power source motor controllers and an engine controller; 2, the actual output torque of a power source is controlled based on the PID feedback principle, the torque change rate of an engine is limited by controlling the opening change rate of an accelerator pedal, and torque coordination control is achieved; and 3, based on the torque coordination control principle, engine torque response lag is compensated by using the advantage of quick response of the torque of the driving motor to reduce output torque fluctuation. According to the power requirements of various working conditions of the vehicle, dynamic control in the switching process of different working modes is achieved, the impact degree in the mode switching process of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the driving quality of the vehicle and the comfort of a driver and passengers are improved.

    本发明提供了一种P2.5构型发动机至混合驱动模式切换协调方法及系统,包括:步骤1:分析P2.5构型的结构原理和模式切换过程,建立不同阶段下的模式切换过程动力学方程,实现通过两个动力源电机控制器和发动机控制器控制实际输出转矩;步骤2:基于PID反馈原理控制动力源的实际输出转矩并通过控制加速踏板开度变化率限制发动机的扭矩变化率,实现扭矩协调控制;步骤3:基于扭矩协调控制原理利用驱动电机转矩快速响应的优势补偿发动机转矩响应滞后来降低输出转矩波动。本发明根据车辆各种工况的功率需求,实现了在不同工作模式切换过程的动态控制问题,降低整车模式切换过程冲击度,提升车辆驾驶品质和驾乘人员舒适性。
