The invention discloses an automobile electronic control booster brake which comprises a shell, a brake pedal connector, a main transmission mechanism, an auxiliary transmission mechanism, a permanent magnet synchronous direct current motor, an induction mechanism and a brake master cylinder. The main transmission mechanism and/or the auxiliary transmission mechanism transmit force applied by a driver stepping on the brake pedal to the brake master cylinder from the brake pedal connector, the brake master cylinder is pushed to extrude hydraulic oil to each brake wheel cylinder of a vehicle, and braking force is generated. According to the scheme, an additional vacuum source generation system does not need to be installed to provide a power assisting source, electronic signals of the corner position sensor in the motor and the pedal travel sensor fixed to the outer portion of the front shell are monitored in real time through the electronic controller with the CAN communication module, and the motivation of a driver can be known in time; and closed-loop control and rapid and accurate regulation and control of brake pressure are realized.

    本发明公开了一种汽车电子控制助力制动器,包括壳体、刹车踏板接头、主传动机构、辅助传动机构、永磁同步直流电机、感应机构以及刹车主缸,所述主传动机构和/或辅助传动机构将驾驶员踩踏刹车踏板所施加的力自所述刹车踏板接头传输至刹车主缸,所述刹车主缸受推动力,将液压油挤压至车辆的每个制动轮缸,产生制动力。本方案无需安装额外的真空源发生系统来提供助力源,通过带有CAN通讯模块的电子控制器实时监测电机内部的转角位置传感器和固定在前外壳外部的踏板行程传感器的电子信号,能够及时了解驾驶员动机,实现闭环控制以及对制动压力的快速、精确调控。
