The invention provides a new energy automobile orderly charging method and system based on TSN communication, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a controller to enable an intelligent electric meter, power generation equipment, energy storage equipment and a charging pile to form a time-sensitive network through a TSN Ethernet module; the real-time power of the intelligent electric meter, the real-time power of the power generation equipment, the real-time power of the energy storage equipment and the real-time power of the charging pile are sent to the controller through TSN flow; and the controller calculates charging power allowed by each charging pile in the next time period according to the capacity of the power grid and the real-time power sampling value of each device, so that all power under the transformer meets the constraint of the capacity of the power grid. According to the invention, a TSN Ethernet communication mode is adopted in the ordered charging controller, so that the problem of uncertain time delay of traditional Ethernet communication is solved, and the real-time response speed required by ordered charging is improved.

    本发明提供了基于TSN通信的新能源汽车有序充电方法和系统,该方法包括:控制器通过TSN以太网模块,将智能电表、发电设备、储能设备以及充电桩组成时间敏感网络;将智能电表、发电设备、储能设备以及充电桩的实时功率分别通过TSN流发送给所述控制器;控制器根据电网容量和各设备的实时功率采样值,计算下一时间段内各充电桩允许的充电功率,以使得变压器下所有功率满足电网容量的约束。本发明通过在有序充电控制器内采用TSN以太网通信方式,解决传统以太网通信时延不确定的问题,从而提高有序充电所需的实时响应速度。
