The invention discloses a vehicle lateral anti-inclination control method. The method comprises the steps that S1, driving parameters of a vehicle in a driving state are collected; s2, the linear speed of each tire is determined according to the vehicle speed, the steering wheel input angle and the dynamic model; s3, determining the dynamic rolling radius of each tire according to the linear velocity and the angular velocity of each tire; s4, according to the dynamic rolling radius and the static rolling radius of each tire, the rolling radius difference of each tire and the rolling radius difference of the tires on the left side and the right side are determined; s5, according to the pre-stored function relation between the suspension downward pressure change value corresponding to each tire and the rolling radius difference and the tire pressure, the tire pressure of each tire, the corresponding suspension downward pressure change value, the suspension rigidity and the rolling radius difference, the downward pressing stroke difference of the left suspension and the right suspension is determined; and S6, according to the rolling radius difference of the left tire, the rolling radius difference of the right tire and the pressing stroke difference of the left and right suspensions, the strokes of the left and right suspensions are adjusted. The adjusting accuracy of the left and right suspensions can be improved.
