The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic torquers, in particular to a manufacturing method of a magnetic torquer, the magnetic torquer and a spacecraft, and the method comprises the following steps: respectively fixing a first wire baffle and a second wire baffle at two ends of a magnetic core, and arranging a first insulating paint layer; winding a coil winding comprising a plurality of layers of coils on the magnetic core provided with the first insulating paint layer, respectively fixing two wire ends of each layer of coil on the first wire baffle plate and the second wire baffle plate, and sequentially connecting the wire ends of each layer of coil end to end; the three groups of bonding pads are arranged on the first wire baffle plate, two coil heads of the coil winding are respectively connected with any through hole bonding pad of any two bonding pads, and are put into the insulating paint liquid in the vacuum environment to form the second insulating paint layer, so that the reliability of the produced magnetorquer can be improved, and the production cost can be reduced. And the magnetic torquer can be switched between a satellite racemization mode and a three-axis stable state by changing the electric connection state among the through hole bonding pads on the three groups of bonding pads, so that the practicability is higher.

    本发明涉及磁力矩器技术领域,尤其涉及一种磁力矩器的制作方法、磁力矩器和航天器,方法包括:在磁芯的两端分别固定第一挡线板和第二挡线板,并设置第一绝缘漆层;在设有第一绝缘漆层的磁芯上绕制包括多层线圈的线圈绕组,每层线圈的两个线头分别固定在第一挡线板和第二挡线板上,并将每层线圈的线头首尾依次连接;在第一挡线板上设置三组焊盘,将线圈绕组的两个线圈头分别连接任意两个焊盘的任一通孔焊盘,并放入位于真空环境中的绝缘漆液内,形成第二绝缘漆层,既能提高了生产出的磁力矩器的可靠性,还能通过改变三组焊盘上的通孔焊盘之间的电连接状态,使磁力矩器在适合卫星消旋模式和适合三轴稳定状态之间进行切换,实用性更强。
