The heat dissipation mechanism can cool the brake pad, and the situation that the service life of the brake pad is shortened due to the fact that the temperature of the brake pad is too high and too fast abrasion is caused is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于嵌入式技术的电梯多参数检测的紧急制动装置,包括轿厢和缓冲板,所述轿厢侧壁对称固定连接有四个安装板,其中位于同一侧的两个所述安装板侧壁共同转动连接有转轴,所述转轴侧壁固定连接有滚轮,所述轿厢侧壁对称开设有两个凹槽,两个所述凹槽内壁均滑动连接有导热板,所述导热板下端固定连接有刹车片,所述凹槽内壁固定连接有刹车气缸,所述刹车气缸活动端与导热板下端固定连接,所述刹车片上安装有散热机构,所述散热机构包括固定连接在刹车片侧壁的散热管,所述轿厢上端固定连接储液箱。本发明中的散热机构可以对刹车片进行冷却降温,避免刹车片因温度过高而造成过快磨损,使得刹车片的使用寿命降低。
