Techniques for determining an error model based on vehicle data and ground live data are discussed herein. To determine whether a complex system, which may not be checked, is capable of secure operation, various operating regimes (scenarios) may be identified based on operating data. To provide safe operation of such a system, an error model may be determined that may provide probabilities associated with the perceptual data, and the vehicle may determine a trajectory based on the probabilities of errors associated with the perceptual data.
