An elevator operational safety analysis system has a controller (600) configured to: receive operational data of an elevator (10); and processing the operational data using an artificial intelligence-based processing model to determine the presence or absence of a potential fault condition of the elevator (10). Operating the data processing system (300) may also be operably connected with a database for storing data in and/or retrieving data from the database (400).
