The water level information acquisition module is used for acquiring accumulated water information and rainfall information of the road surface; the road surface analysis module is used for carrying out modeling processing on a sunken body formed by inwards sinking the road surface and analyzing the influence of the sunken body on the road surface on the water depth of accumulated water; the water level height drop analysis module is used for acquiring time information of road water level drop; the central control module is used for processing information of all the modules; according to the method, the state of the road surface is analyzed to obtain the three-dimensional model based on the road surface, the change of the surface of the road surface and the adjacent road surface is obtained through analysis of the three-dimensional model, the maximum depth of the road waterlogging is effectively analyzed according to the change of the road surface, and the situation that the depth of the road waterlogging is misreported is avoided; accumulated water on the road is timely and effectively drained, and reference is provided for road drainage construction.

    本发明公开了基于云计算的应急状态水位监控报警系统及方法,本发明涉及水位监控报警技术领域;水位信息获取模块用于获取道路表面的积水信息和降雨量信息;道路表面分析模块用于对道路表面向内凹陷形成的凹陷体进行建模处理,分析道路表面凹陷体对积水水深的影响;水位高度下降分析模块用于获取道路水位下降的时间信息;中心控制模块用于处理所有模块的信息;本发明通过对路面的状态进行分析,得到基于路面的三维模型,并根据三维模型分析得到路面与相邻路面表面的变化,根据路面的变化有效的分析出道路积水最大深度,避免了道路积水深度误报、错报的情况发生,及时对道路上的积水进行有效排放,为道路排水建设提供了参考。
