The invention provides an energy recovery system of an electric forklift. The energy recovery system comprises a hydraulic driving module, a control module and an energy recovery module, the hydraulic driving module comprises a lifting oil cylinder group, a hydraulic power unit and a three-position six-way electromagnetic directional valve; the hydraulic power unit is communicated with the lifting oil cylinder group; the energy recovery module comprises a recovery oil cylinder group, a two-position two-way electromagnetic directional valve, a two-position three-way electromagnetic directional valve, a generator and a battery; a sliding block is installed on the base, a rotating mechanism is installed on the sliding block, the rotating mechanism rotates through movement of the sliding block, the rotating mechanism is connected with a generator through an electromagnetic clutch, and the control module selectively controls connection of a three-position six-way electromagnetic reversing valve, a two-position two-way electromagnetic reversing valve, a two-position three-way electromagnetic reversing valve and the electromagnetic clutch. And an outlet of the lifting oil cylinder group is communicated with an inlet of the recovery oil cylinder group for recovering energy in the descending process of the load or the sliding block. The energy utilization efficiency can be effectively improved, and the endurance anxiety of the electric forklift is relieved.

    本发明提供了一种电动叉车能量回收系统,包括液压驱动模块、控制模块和能量回收模块;所述液压驱动模块包括举升油缸组、液压动力单元和三位六通电磁换向阀,所述液压动力单元与举升油缸组连通;所述能量回收模块包括回收油缸组、二位二通电磁换向阀、二位三通电磁换向阀、发电机和电池;滑块上安装旋转机构,通过滑块的移动使旋转机构转动,所述旋转机构通过电磁离合器与发电机连接,所述控制模块通过选择性的控制三位六通电磁换向阀、二位二通电磁换向阀、二位三通电磁换向阀和电磁离合器的接合,使举升油缸组的出口与回收油缸组进口连通,用于回收负载或滑块下降过程的能量。本发明能有效提高能量的利用效率,缓解电动叉车的续航焦虑。
