The invention discloses intelligent rail transit E-code communication equipment which comprises a first gate and a second gate, strip-shaped openings are symmetrically formed in the opposite sides of the first gate and the second gate, gates are arranged in the two sets of strip-shaped openings, a code scanning area is arranged at one end of the upper side of the first gate or the second gate, and a code scanning module is arranged in the code scanning area. The bottoms of the opposite sides of the first gate machine and the second gate machine are provided with an anti-pinch device and a rapid passing auxiliary device, the situation that some pedestrians which move slowly and inconveniently are pinched due to long passing time is effectively avoided, rapid passing can be achieved, and the safety coefficient is increased.
