The invention discloses a hoisting release device which comprises an adapter plate, a first bearing block and a second bearing block, wherein the first bearing block and the second bearing block are fixed on the adapter plate and are arranged side by side; the releasing device is fixed on a lifting mechanism of the hoisting device through an adapter plate; the lifting device further comprises a link rod linkage mechanism and a lifting rod. The linkage rod linkage mechanism comprises a linkage support defined by four linkage rods and springs arranged on the diagonal lines of the linkage support. The two ends of the spring are fixedly connected with the top point of the linkage support through spring extending parts. The adjacent link rods are fixedly and rotationally connected through bolts; one transversely-arranged link rod of the link rod linkage mechanism is fixedly connected with the end of the first bearing block, the other transversely-arranged link rod of the link rod linkage mechanism is fixedly connected with the hoisting rod, kidney-shaped through holes are formed in the first bearing block and the second bearing block, and the outer diameter of the hoisting rod is smaller than the inner diameter of the through holes. The sum of the outer diameters of the hoisting rod and the hoisting belt is greater than the inner diameter of the through hole; under the driving of the gravity of the heavy object, the link rod linkage mechanism is transversely deformed and stretched, and the hoisting rod moves forwards and downwards and sequentially penetrates through waist-shaped through holes in the first bearing block and the second bearing block; and the gravity is removed, and the link rod linkage mechanism retracts to drive the hoisting rod to move backwards. The hoisting and releasing device is suitable for most hoisting construction, and compared with an existing releasing mode, the hoisting and releasing device has the advantages that the releasing speed is high, automatic releasing is achieved, electric equipment is not needed, and therefore cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种吊装释放装置,包括转接板以及固定在转接板上且并排设置的第一承重块和第二承重块;所述释放装置通过转接板固定在吊装装置的升降机构上;还包括联杆联动机构和吊装杆;所述联杆联动机构包括由四根联杆围合而成的联动支架以及设置在联动支架对角线上的弹簧;弹簧两个端部通过弹簧延伸部与联动支架的顶点固定连接;相邻联杆通过螺栓固定转动连接;所述联杆联动机构其中一根横向设置的联杆与第一承重块端部固定连接,联杆联动机构另一根横向设置的联杆与吊装杆固定连接,第一承重块和第二承重块中设有腰型通孔,吊装杆的外径小于通孔的内径,吊装杆与吊带的外径之和大于通孔的内径;在重物重力的带动下,联杆联动机构横向变形拉伸,吊装杆向前向下移动并依次穿过第一承重块和第二承重块上的腰型通孔;去除重力,联杆联动机构回缩带动吊装杆向后移动。本发明吊装释放装置适用于绝大多数吊装施工,相较于现有的释放方式,本发明吊装释放装置具有释放速度快、自动释放、且无需电动设备从而节省成本。
