    本发明涉及风电叶片生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种腹板脱模吊装工装及脱模吊装方法,其中工装包括:框架主体,框架主体顶端设置有若干吊环;若干吸气组件,若干吸气组件设置于框架主体底端,且沿腹板长度延伸方向排列;定位组件,定位组件设置于框架主体两端,且位于垂直于腹板长度延伸方向的两端,定位组件可翻转设置,且包括水平状态和竖直状态;其中,脱模吊装工装对腹板进行脱模时,定位组件位于水平状态;脱模吊装工装对腹板进行吊装时,定位组件位于竖直状态。本发明中,通过设置框架主体、若干吸气组件和定位组件,定位组件可翻转设置,且包括水平状态和竖直状态,实现了工装的通用性,能够适用于多种场合,避免重复设计,降本增效。
