The invention discloses a steering mechanism of an unmanned vehicle, which comprises a chassis frame, two sides of the chassis frame are rotatably connected with wheels respectively, inner side hubs of the two wheels are both fixedly provided with steering arms, and each steering arm is hinged with a first knuckle bearing; the steering gear comprises an outer cylinder body, the outer cylinder body is fixedly connected with the chassis frame, and a driven gear is rotationally connected to the interior of the outer cylinder body; the steering motor is fixed to the outer wall of the outer cylinder, a driving gear is fixed to an output shaft of the steering motor, and the driving gear is in meshing transmission connection with the driven gear; the spur rack is movably arranged in the outer cylinder body, and the spur rack is in meshing transmission connection with the driven gear; and one ends of the two steering stretching rods are integrally connected to the two ends of the spur rack correspondingly, and the other ends of the two steering stretching rods extend out of the outer barrel to be fixedly connected with the corresponding first knuckle bearings. According to the steering mechanism, steering synchronization of the two wheels can be guaranteed, and the reliability of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶车辆的转向机构,包括:底盘车架,其两侧分别转动连接有车轮,两个车轮内侧轮毂上均固定有转向臂,每个转向臂上均铰接连接有第一关节轴承;转向器,其包括:外筒体,外筒体与底盘车架固定连接,外筒体内部转动连接有从动齿轮;转向电机,其固定在外筒体外壁上,且转向电机的输出轴上固定有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合传动连接;直齿条,其可移动的设置在外筒体内部,且直齿条与从动齿轮啮合传动连接;两个转向拉伸杆,且其一端分别一体连接在直齿条的两端,两个转向拉伸杆的另一端延伸出外筒体与对应的第一关节轴承固定连接。本发明的转向机构能够保证两个车轮转向同步,提高了车辆的可靠性。
