The invention discloses a traffic incident detection method and system based on radar and video fusion, and relates to the technical field of traffic incident detection. The method comprises the following specific steps: obtaining radar data and video data, and constructing a vehicle detection data set; training a YOLOv5 network by using the vehicle detection data set to obtain an abnormal target detection network; detecting a suspicious vehicle through the abnormal target detection network; further processing the information of the suspicious vehicle, and judging whether the suspicious vehicle is an abnormal vehicle; and after determining the abnormal vehicle, fusing the radar data to judge an abnormal event. According to the method, the radar and the video data are fused, the abnormal events in the tunnel are detected, compared with manual monitoring and cloud processing, manpower is greatly liberated, the labor cost is saved, careless omissions caused by fatigue and other reasons of workers in monitoring processing are avoided, and large time delay caused by cloud data processing is also avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于雷达与视频相融合的交通事件检测方法及系统,涉及交通事件检测技术领域。具体步骤包括如下:获取雷达数据与视频数据,构建车辆检测数据集;利用所述车辆检测数据集训练YOLOv5网络,得到异常目标检测网络;通过所述异常目标检测网络检测可疑车辆;对所述可疑车辆的信息进一步处理,判断是否为异常车辆;确定所述异常车辆后,融合所述雷达数据进行异常事件的判断。本发明通过融合雷达与视频数据,完成对隧道中异常事件测检测,相比于人工监控和云端处理而言,将极大地解放人力,节约劳动成本,避免了工作人员因疲劳等原因在监控处理中产生疏漏,也避免了云端处理数据带来的较大时延。
