The invention relates to an optimal design method of a seat cushion with a hollow air duct. The optimization design method comprises the following steps: S1, drawing a fluid simulation model grid of the seat cushion; s2, determining a model coefficient of the fluid simulation model grid; s3, the number, the diameter and the position of the hollow air ducts are designed; s4, designing an orthogonal simulation experiment of the hollow air duct, and establishing an orthogonal simulation experiment table; s5, dividing the air layer into a plurality of flow investigation areas; s6, the ventilation uniformity of the seat cushion is calculated; s7, fitting a factor index function relationship; s8, setting an optimization condition; and S9, solving the total ventilation quantity and the ventilation uniformity. According to the optimization design method of the seat cushion with the hollow air ducts, the number, the positions and the diameters of the hollow air ducts are reasonably set, and collaborative optimization of the total ventilation quantity and the ventilation uniformity of the seat cushion is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种带中空风道的座椅坐垫的优化设计方法。该优化设计方法包括步骤S1,绘制所述座椅坐垫的流体仿真模型网格;S2,确定所述流体仿真模型网格的模型系数;S3,设计所述中空风道的数量、直径和位置;S4,设计所述中空风道的正交仿真实验,建立正交仿真实验表;S5,将所述空气层划分为多个流量考察区域;S6,计算所述座椅坐垫的通风均匀度;S7,因素指标函数关系拟合;S8,设定优化条件;S9,求解总通风量和通风均匀度。本发明提出了一种带中空风道的座椅坐垫的优化设计方法,通过合理设置中空风道的数量、位置及直径,实现座椅坐垫总通风量和通风均匀度的协同最优。
