The invention discloses a 3.8 T forklift hydraulic gearbox which comprises a gearbox shell, an output shaft, an intermediate shaft, an input shaft and an output shaft, the two ends of the intermediate shaft are arranged in the gearbox shell through bearings, a clutch assembly is arranged in the gearbox shell, a hydraulic torque converter is arranged at one end of the input shaft, and a hydraulic torque converter is arranged at the other end of the input shaft. The other end of the input shaft is in transmission connection with the input end of the clutch assembly, the surface of the middle shaft is fixedly connected with a reverse driven gear and a traveling driven gear, the surface of the output shaft is fixedly connected with a driving gear, the driving gear is in meshed connection with the traveling driven gear, and the left end of the clutch assembly is fixedly connected with a reverse driving gear. The right end of the clutch assembly is fixedly connected with a traveling driving gear, and the variable-diameter connecting position of the output shaft is in fillet transition.
