The invention relates to the technical field of tower cranes, in particular to an embedded mechanism for construction of a reinforced tower crane base, and solves the problem that the stability of an embedded mechanism for construction of a tower crane base in the prior art needs to be further improved. The positioning platform is supported through the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, so that settlement of the tower column is limited, the bottom of the tower column penetrates to the base platform, the base platform, the tower column and the supporting column form a triangular structure, the supporting column exerts an anti-tilt pulling force on the tower column, and therefore the stability of the upper center of a tower base is greatly improved; therefore, the tower crane base pre-embedding mechanism which is stable in all directions in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction is achieved.
