The invention discloses a plug pin pulling mechanism, a telescopic arm, a telescopic method and a crane thereof, the plug pin pulling mechanism comprises a basic arm and at least one section of telescopic arm sleeved in the basic arm, an electric cylinder is arranged in a center hole of the telescopic arm, the electric cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a piston rod, and the end part of the cylinder body and the head part of the piston rod are respectively provided with a plug cylinder pin pulling device; the head of a piston rod of the electric cylinder can be selectively and fixedly connected with any telescopic arm through cooperation of a cylinder pin and a cylinder pin hole. The end part of a cylinder body of the electric cylinder can be selectively and fixedly connected with any telescopic arm through the matching of a cylinder pin and a cylinder pin hole; the basic boom and the first section of telescopic boom as well as the adjacent telescopic booms can be locked or released through the matching of the boom pins and the boom pin holes; the cylinder pin pulling and inserting device is used for achieving back-and-forth switching between the locking state of the cylinder pin and the locking state of the arm pin. The electric cylinder moves in the arm support and can move to any position of the telescopic arm needing to be stretched or shortened, tedious stretching and retracting according to a certain sequence are not needed, and efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种拔插销机构、伸缩臂、伸缩方法及其起重机,包括基本臂以及套装于基本臂中的至少一节伸缩臂,伸缩臂的中心孔中设置有电动缸,电动缸包括缸体和活塞杆,缸体端部和活塞杆头部均设置有拔插缸销装置;电动缸的活塞杆的头部通过缸销和缸销孔配合能够选择地与任一伸缩臂固定连接;电动缸的缸体端部通过缸销和缸销孔配合能够选择地与任一伸缩臂固定连接;基本臂与第一节伸缩臂之间以及相邻的伸缩臂之间能够通过臂销和臂销孔的配合实现锁定或释放;拔插缸销装置用于实现缸销的锁定状态与臂销的锁定状态的来回切换。电动缸在臂架内部移动,可以移动至任一需要伸长或者缩短的伸缩臂的位置,不用繁琐的按照一定顺序的伸缩,提高了效率。
