The invention discloses a segmental beam automatic lifting appliance with a hanging type modularized transverse moving unit, which comprises a lifting beam, the top surface of the lifting beam is fixedly provided with a lug plate, and the two ends of the top surface of the lifting beam are connected with hanging beams in a sliding manner; two of the transverse moving units are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the hoisting beam, and the other transverse moving units are arranged in the middle of the bottom of the hoisting beam; any transverse moving unit comprises a transverse moving main beam, and the transverse moving main beam is hung at the bottom of the hoisting beam; longitudinal moving units are arranged at the two ends of the transverse moving main beam respectively, each longitudinal moving unit comprises a longitudinal moving sliding block, and the longitudinal moving sliding blocks are connected with the transverse moving main beam in a sliding mode. Each longitudinal moving sliding block is correspondingly provided with a passive suspension unit and a suspension rod, and each passive suspension unit comprises an energy accumulator and a center hole type hydraulic jack. The hoisting device can quickly adapt to the distance between the hoisting holes in the segmental beam, and each hoisting rod is uniformly stressed in the hoisting process, so that the phenomenon of virtual rods is avoided.

    本发明公开了带挂式模块化横移单元的节段梁自动化吊具,包括:吊装梁,其顶面固定设置有耳板,所述吊装梁的顶面两端滑动连接有吊挂梁;至少三组横移单元,其中两组横移单元设置在所述吊装梁的底部两端,其余横移单元设置所述吊装梁的底部中间;任意所述横移单元包括横移主梁,所述横移主梁挂设在所述吊装梁的底部;所述横移主梁的两端分别设置有纵移单元,所述纵移单元包括纵移滑块,所述纵移滑块与所述横移主梁滑动连接;每个所述纵移滑块上均对应设置有被动悬挂单元和吊杆,所述被动悬挂单元包括蓄能器和穿心式液压千斤顶。本发明可以快速适应节段梁上吊孔之间的距离,且吊装过程中各吊杆受力均匀,避免出现“虚杆”现象。
