The invention discloses an unmanned equipment load mounting structure which comprises a load and at least three fixing assemblies, one end of each fixing assembly is connected with the load, the other end of each fixing assembly is connected with a foot stool assembly of unmanned equipment, and each fixing assembly is internally provided with an angle adjusting assembly. The angle adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the relative position of the end, connected with the load, of the fixing assembly and the end, connected with the foot stool assembly, of the fixing assembly. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, the load is installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle by arranging the at least three fixing assemblies, the weight of the load can be evenly distributed on the vehicle body instead of being concentrated at a certain position of the vehicle body, and the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved; the angle adjusting assembly can adjust the shape of the fixing assembly, so that the slight deformation of the load does not affect the assembly of the fixing assembly and the unmanned aerial vehicle.
