The invention relates to the technical field of immersed pipe construction in constructional engineering, and provides an immersed pipe water surface welding connection method which adopts a specially-made floating box, the floating box is an open box body made of steel plates and angle steel, a front transverse side plate and a rear transverse side plate of the floating box are provided with U-shaped openings and welded with U-shaped pipe supports, and a rubber water stop belt is attached to the U-shaped pipe supports to be used in a matched mode. The end portions of the pipelines are sealed through blind plates in advance, the pipelines are made to float on the water surface, the buoyancy tank is arranged at the positions of the two pipelines to be welded in water, the pipelines are in butt joint and clamped on a U-shaped opening of the buoyancy tank, the buoyancy tank is lifted upwards through external force, the buoyancy tank and the pipelines are sealed through a rubber water stop belt, then water in the buoyancy tank is pumped away, and welding operation of the pipelines is conducted. The method comprises the steps that a manhole is formed in the pipeline on one side of a connector, constructors enter the pipeline from the manhole, a blind plate at the pipeline connector is dismantled, and welding operation is completed. The equipment is simple, convenient to operate, high in working efficiency and the like.

    本发明涉及建筑工程中的沉管施工技术领域,提出一种沉管管道水面焊接连接方法,其采用特制的浮箱,浮箱是由钢板和角钢制作而成的开口式箱体,其前后2块横侧板具有U型口并焊接有U型管托,橡胶止水带贴于U型管托上配合使用,使用时,预先用盲板将管道端部封口并使其浮于水面,将浮箱置于水中的2条拟焊接的管道处,使管道对接并卡于浮箱的U型口上,外力将浮箱上提使橡胶止水带将浮箱与管道密封,然后将浮箱内的水抽去并进行管道的焊接操作,其中包括在接口一侧管道开设人孔,施工人员从人孔进入管道内,拆除管道接头处的盲板、完成焊接作业,本发明可直接在沉管施工水域附近的江面进行操作,避免大量使用船机设备制作和转移管道,具有设备简单、操作方便和工作效率高等特点。
