The invention relates to the technical field of loaders, in particular to a power device of a hybrid power loader, which comprises a walking motor, a hydraulic motor, a dual-motor controller, a high-voltage distribution box, a DCDC converter, an auxiliary battery, an engine, a generator, a generator controller, a power battery, a gearbox, a transmission shaft, a drive axle, a working pump and a steering pump, two input shaft ends are arranged on the same side of the gearbox, one input shaft end is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the walking motor and is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft through a corresponding transmission gear in the gearbox, and the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the drive axle. The other input shaft end of the gearbox is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the working pump and the steering pump are driven through gears in the gearbox. The engine is in mechanical transmission connection with the generator; the generator, the generator controller and the high-voltage distribution box are connected in series through a circuit. The fuel oil utilization rate of the engine can be effectively improved.
