The invention discloses a vehicle height dynamic adjustment control system and method of a semi-active suspension. The control system comprises an air pump motor, a relay switch group, an energy supply storage battery pack, a controller, four air bags, four communicating valves and four inflation/deflation valves. The four air bags are arranged on the front left portion, the front right portion, the rear left portion and the rear right portion of the vehicle respectively, and the air pump motor inflates and deflates the four air bags through the four inflation/deflation valves. The relay switch group is arranged on a pipeline through which the air pump motor is connected with the air bag and works cooperatively with the inflation/deflation valve; the four communicating valves are respectively arranged on a connecting pipeline between two coaxial air bags on the same side; the energy supply storage battery pack is used for supplying energy to the air pump motor; the controller is used for controlling opening and closing of the four communicating valves and the four inflation/deflation valves. The height of the vehicle can be dynamically adjusted according to the driving condition requirements.

    本发明公开了一种半主动悬架的车辆高度动态调节控制系统及方法,控制系统包括气泵马达、继电器开关组、供能蓄电池组、控制器、四个空气气囊、四个连通阀及四个充/放气阀;四个空气气囊分别设置在车辆的前左、前右、后左和后右处,气泵马达通过四个充/放气阀实现对四个空气气囊的充气和放气;继电器开关组设在气泵马达与空气气囊连接的管路上,与充/放气阀协同工作;四个连通阀分别设在同侧、同轴两个空气气囊之间的连接管路上;供能蓄电池组用于对气泵马达供能;控制器用于控制四个连通阀及四个充/放气阀的开启和关闭。本发明能够适应行驶条件需求来对车辆高度进行动态调节。
