The invention provides an unequal-thickness tubular torsion beam and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method of the unequal-thickness tubular torsion beam comprises the steps that S1, according to the distribution requirement of the plate thickness on the axis of the torsion beam, unequal-thickness plate blanks are rolled and machined; s2, according to the requirement for the perimeter of the neutral face of the pipe blank, the unequal-thickness plate blank is cut into a pipe blank raw plate meeting the width requirement, and the unequal-thickness pipe blank is manufactured through a pipe coiling machine; s3, after the unequal-thickness pipe blanks are formed, welding is conducted in a high-frequency resistance welding mode; s4, carrying out preforming on the molded surface of the middle part, and carrying out pre-distribution on the material; s5, performing final forming treatment on the pre-formed part by adopting a final forming mold to form the torsion beam with different thicknesses; and S6, cutting the end part of the formed torsion beam with unequal thickness according to the shape of the lap joint side line of the torsion beam with the longitudinal arm to obtain a torsion beam part meeting the requirement. According to the method, through pre-bending of the pipe blank, the deformation amount of the pipe blank in the subsequent forming process can be reduced, and the thinning and cracking risks are reduced.

    本发明提供了一种不等厚管状扭力梁及其制造方法,所述不等厚管状扭力梁的制造方法包括:S1、按照板厚在扭力梁轴线的分布要求,轧制加工出不等厚板坯;S2、按照管坯中性面周长要求,将不等厚板坯切割出满足宽度要求的管坯原板,采用卷管机制作不等厚管坯;S3、不等厚管坯成型后,采用高频电阻焊的方式进行焊合;S4、对中间部位型面进行预成型,对材料进行预分配;S5、采用终成型模具对预成型后的零件进行终成型处理,形成不等厚扭力梁;S6、将成型后的不等厚扭力梁进行端部切割,按照与纵臂的搭接边线形状,进行端部切割,获得满足要求的扭力梁零件。本发明通过管坯预弯曲,能够减少管坯后续成型过程中的变形量,减少减薄及开裂风险。
