The invention discloses an automatic navigation pesticide application system and a pesticide application mode for facility solanaceous vegetables, and relates to the technical field of pesticide application equipment, and the automatic navigation pesticide application system comprises a supporting platform, a single-chip microcomputer control system, a walking system, a pesticide application system and a detection sensing system. Wherein the walking system comprises two driving wheels which are driven by two servo motors in a differential manner, and two front and rear universal wheels, and the servo motors are electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer control module; according to the pesticide applying system, a pesticide applying support is erected on a supporting platform, the supporting platform is connected with a fixing frame, a pesticide box is fixedly arranged in the middle of the fixing frame, a water pump is placed on a pump platform and connected with the pesticide box, a pesticide spraying pipe is connected with the water pump, and the far end of the pesticide spraying pipe is connected with a pesticide spraying nozzle and fixed to the pesticide applying support. The detection sensing system comprises a pressure sensor and an external image collector which are electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer control module. The system can adapt to the environment in the greenhouse, and automatic navigation and variable pesticide application are achieved under the condition that plants are not damaged.

    本发明公开了一种用于设施茄果类蔬菜的自动导航施药系统与施药方式,涉及施药设备技术领域,包括支撑平台、单片机控制系统、行走系统、施药系统、检测传感系统。其中行走系统包括两个驱动轮,通过两个伺服电机差速驱动,两个前后万向轮,伺服电动机与单片机控制模块电性连接;施药系统包括施药支架架设在支撑平台上,支撑平台与固定框连接,药箱固定设置在固定框中间,水泵放置在泵平台上与药箱连接,喷药管与水泵连接,喷药管远端连接施药喷头固定在施药架上,检测传感系统包括压力传感器以及外置的图像采集器,分别与单片机控制模块电性连接。本发明能够适应大棚内环境,在不损伤植株的情况下实现自动导航和变量施药。
