本发明公开了一种可陶瓷化酚醛气凝胶及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括:配制前驱体溶液,将前驱体溶液、可陶瓷化填料与酸性催化剂混合均匀后倒入模具中,等凝胶和老化后得到可陶瓷化酚醛水凝胶;将可陶瓷化酚醛水凝胶脱模后放入干燥箱中进行常压阶梯升温干燥,制得可陶瓷化酚醛气凝胶;本发明中的可陶瓷化酚醛气凝胶具有较低的导热系数,较低的密度和较高的压缩强度,高温碳化处理后具有较高的残碳率,而且具有成本低,工艺简单等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

    The invention discloses a ceramizable phenolic aerogel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a precursor solution, uniformly mixing the precursor solution, a ceramizable filler and an acid catalyst, pouring the mixture into a mold, and obtaining ceramizable phenolic aldehyde hydrogel after gelation and aging; demoulding the ceramizable phenolic aldehyde hydrogel, and then putting the ceramizable phenolic aldehyde hydrogel into a drying oven to carry out normal-pressure stepped heating drying, so as to prepare ceramizable phenolic aldehyde aerogel; the ceramizable phenolic aerogel disclosed by the invention has the advantages of lower heat conductivity coefficient, lower density, higher compression strength, higher residual carbon rate after high-temperature carbonization treatment, low cost, simple process and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
