The invention provides a super-large-span inner tower crane dismounting construction method which comprises the following steps: moving a large crane to one side of a building where a tower crane to be dismounted is located, transporting a small crane to a roof of the building, paving a mechanical driving channel on a floor slab at the top of the building through a steel plate, additionally paving a steel plate within a range of 2 meters of a preparation erection support leg of the small crane, i-shaped steel is laid below the additionally laid steel plates, when the tower crane in the ultra-large span is disassembled, the tower crane is disassembled on the roof of the building through a small crane, and then the disassembled tower crane structure is transferred into the hoisting radius of the large crane through a truck running on the mechanical running channel; and then the disassembled tower crane structure is conveyed to a designated ground site through a large crane. The problems that operation is inconvenient or cost is wasted due to the fact that the thickness of a floor slab is increased when the tower crane is detached in the ultra-large span of a large factory building are solved. Belongs to the field of dangerous engineering construction.

    本发明提供一种超大跨度内塔式起重机拆卸施工方法,该方法是将大型吊车移动至欲拆卸塔吊所在建筑的一侧,将小型吊车运送至建筑的屋面,并在建筑顶部楼板上通过钢板铺设机械行驶通道,小型吊车准备架立支腿2米范围内加铺钢板,加铺的钢板下铺设工字钢,超大跨度内塔吊拆卸时,先在建筑的屋面通过小型吊车将塔吊拆卸,拆卸下的塔吊结构再通过行驶于机械行驶通道上的货车转运至大型吊车的吊运半径内,再通过大型吊车将拆卸下的塔吊结构送至地面指定场地。以解决大型厂房超大跨度内塔吊拆卸所存在的操作不便或增加楼板厚度浪费成本等缺陷问题。属于危大工程施工领域。
