The invention discloses a brake system fault detection method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the pressure states of a plurality of elements with a preset pipeline connection relation in a brake system when the vehicle is in a normal driving state that a hand brake and a foot brake are loosened; and determining a fault detection result according to the pressure states of the plurality of elements with the preset pipeline connection relationship. According to the invention, the fault of the vehicle braking system can be accurately detected.
