The invention relates to the technical field of rail transportation brake assembly monitoring, and particularly discloses brake shoe temperature measuring equipment which comprises a supporting seat and a mounting cylinder mounted at one end of the supporting seat. A heat insulation cover is mounted at the outer edge frame of one end of the mounting cylinder; the center position of the end portion of one side of the installation cylinder is further electrically connected with a temperature measuring piece used for monitoring the temperature through a cable pipe. According to the multi-point temperature measuring device, the heat shield is matched with the temperature measuring pieces used for the multi-point temperature measuring pieces (in matrix arrangement), so that the temperature measuring pieces can be surrounded by the heat shield to form a relatively closed thermal barrier space in the using process, the temperature measuring pieces are promoted to work in a closed temperature field environment, and meanwhile, the temperature measuring pieces can be used for measuring the temperature in a multi-point measuring mode. Compared with the conventional single-point measurement, the method has the advantages that errors caused by single-point measurement can be effectively avoided by using the algorithm, the measurement precision is improved, and the measurement result is more referential.
本发明涉及轨道运输制动组件监测技术领域,具体公开了闸瓦测温设备,包括支撑座、安装在支撑座一端的安装筒;所述安装筒的一端外缘边框处安装有隔热罩;所述安装筒的一侧端部中心位置处通过电缆管还电连接有一个用于监测温度的测温件;本发明通过设置的隔热罩配合用于多点测温件(矩阵布置)的测温件,即可在使用的过程中,通过隔热罩对测温件进行环绕,形成相对封闭的热障空间,促使测温件在封闭温度场环境下工作,同时设置的测温件能够通过多点测量的方式,区别与以往的单点测量,再加以算法的使用,能够有效的避免单点测量造成的误差,提高了测量的精度,也让测量的结果更加具有参考性。
