The invention discloses a temperature control device and method of a clamp for a high-temperature environment vibration test of an aircraft component. The device comprises the clamp arranged on a vibration table and used for clamping the aircraft component to be tested, a plurality of temperature sensors arranged on the clamp and a cooling water system used for cooling the clamp. The method comprises the following steps: 1, clamping a to-be-tested aircraft component; secondly, a cooling water system is connected to the clamp; 3, mounting a heating device; and 4, adjusting the temperature of the clamp in the vibration test process. According to the invention, the annular cooling water channel is arranged in the clamp, and the flow of the cooling water entering the cooling water channel of the clamp is adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the cooling water flow rate adjusting valve according to the actually measured temperature of the clamp, so that the cooling system can automatically cool the clamp along with the loading process of the test temperature; and therefore, the temperature of the clamp can be effectively and stably kept in a controllable range, and the temperature of the clamp can be effectively controlled.

    本发明公开了一种飞机部件高温环境振动试验用夹具的温度控制装置及方法,该装置包括设置在振动台上且用于对待试验飞机部件进行夹持的夹具、设置在夹具上的多个温度传感器和用于对夹具进行降温的冷却水系统;该方法包括以下步骤:一、夹持待试验飞机部件;二、在夹具上连接冷却水系统;三、安装加热装置;四、调节振动试验过程中的夹具温度。本发明通过在夹具的内部设置环形冷却水通道,并根据夹具的实测温度,通过调节冷却水流速调节阀的开度实现对进入夹具的冷却水通道内的冷却水流量的调节,能够使得该冷却系统跟随试验温度的加载历程对夹具进行自动降温,进而能有效保证夹具的温度稳定保持在可控范围,能实现夹具温度的有效控制。
