The invention belongs to the technical field of rail traffic, and particularly relates to an urban rail wheel rail health management system which comprises a real-time detection subsystem, a data analysis subsystem and a plurality of station subsystems. The real-time detection subsystem is used for detecting a wheel track in real time and transmitting real-time detection data to the data analysis subsystem; the data analysis subsystem is used for preprocessing the real-time detection data, denoising the signal and pre-judging the damage; the station subsystem is used for on-site detection of wheel rails and transmitting on-site detection data to the data analysis subsystem; and the data analysis subsystem is used for carrying out damage assessment according to the field detection data and sending a maintenance request to the site subsystem according to the damage severity. According to the invention, on one hand, the health management accuracy of the wheel track is ensured, the fault processing efficiency is improved, and on the other hand, the running safety of the vehicle is also improved.
