The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell automobile braking energy recovery method and system, and the method comprises the steps: determining the braking strength of a whole automobile based on the opening degree of a brake pedal of the automobile; when the vehicle speed, the battery charge state value and the whole vehicle braking strength meet preset judgment conditions at the same time, a motor regenerative braking mode is started; an uncomfortable degree index is introduced, the vehicle speed, the whole vehicle braking strength and the uncomfortable degree index are input into a fuzzy controller to be processed, and a regenerative braking force weight coefficient is obtained; when the braking strength of the whole vehicle is within a first preset interval, the vehicle adopts a small-strength braking mode, and then the maximum braking force of a motor is converted into electric energy to be stored in a battery; and when the braking strength of the whole vehicle is within a second preset interval, the vehicle adopts a medium-strength braking mode, and then the motor braking force constrained by the regenerative braking force weight coefficient is converted into electric energy to be stored in a battery. The braking energy recovery efficiency can be guaranteed when the vehicle is braked, and meanwhile the riding comfort of passengers is improved.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电池汽车制动能量回收方法及系统,其方法包括:基于车辆的制动踏板开度,确定整车制动强度;当车辆速度、电池电荷状态值和所述整车制动强度同时满足预设判断条件时,启动电机再生制动模式;引入不舒适度指数,将车辆速度、整车制动强度和不舒适度指数输入模糊控制器进行处理,得到再生制动力权重系数;当整车制动强度落在第一预设区间时,车辆采用小强度制动方式,再将电机最大制动力转化为电能储存到电池中;当整车制动强度落在第二预设区间时,车辆采用中强度制动方式,再将受到再生制动力权重系数约束的电机制动力转换为电能储存到电池中。本发明可实现在车辆制动时保证制动能量回收效率,同时提高乘客的乘坐舒适性。
