The invention discloses an air supply output device of an air suspension. The air supply output device comprises a motor, the compression pump body is arranged at one end of the motor; a main shaft of the motor is inserted into the compression pump body; the compression pump body is internally provided with an inner operation cavity, a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity and the second cavity are arranged on the two sides of the inner operation cavity respectively, the two ends of the inner operation cavity are provided with a first compression cavity and a second compression cavity respectively, a first piston is movably arranged in the first compression cavity, and a second piston is arranged in the second compression cavity. The first piston and the second piston are driven by a main shaft of the motor to axially move in the same direction; the first compression cavity and the second compression cavity are communicated with the first cavity through a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve respectively, the second cavity is communicated with the second compression cavity, an exhaust port communicated with the second cavity is formed in the compression pump body, and an exhaust heat dissipation pipe is connected to the exhaust port. A two-stage compression air pump structure is adopted, and the problems that an existing air supply unit is large in size, heavy in mass, large in noise and poor in heat dissipation effect are solved.

    本发明公开了一种空气悬架供气输出装置,包括电机;压缩泵体设置在电机的一端,电机的主轴插入到压缩泵体中;压缩泵体的内部设置有运行内腔和分别设置在运行内腔两侧的第一腔室和第二腔室,运行内腔的两端分别设置有第一压缩腔和第二压缩腔,第一压缩腔内活动设置有第一活塞,第二压缩腔内设置有第二活塞,第一活塞和第二活塞由电机的主轴驱动进行同向轴向运动;第一压缩腔和第二压缩腔分别通过第一单向阀和第二单向阀与第一腔室相连通,第二腔室与第二压缩腔相连通,压缩泵体上安装有与第二腔室相连通的排气口,排气口上连接有排气散热管。本发明采用两级压缩气泵结构,解决现有的空气供给单元体积大、质量重、噪声大、散热效果差的问题。
