The hinge sliding devices are fixedly installed on the panel, each first positioning bolt is installed on the corresponding hinge sliding device, and the first positioning bolts operably fix the positions of the second hinges. According to the invention, an economical and feasible solution can be provided for realizing repeated decoration in an automatic manner, and repeated disassembly and assembly of the car operating panel by a customer due to secondary decoration requirements on site are avoided.
