The invention discloses an automatic pressure relief device, a pressure relief method and a dual-pressure tanker. The automatic pressure relief device is applied to a storage tank, the storage tank is provided with a discharge port and a discharge valve, and the storage tank is connected with a discharge pipe through the discharge port; the automatic pressure relief device comprises a first pressure relief piece arranged on the outer side of the storage tank and a first detection piece used for detecting the pressure in the storage tank, a second pressure relief piece and a second detection piece are further arranged between the discharge valve and the discharge port, and the first pressure relief piece, the second pressure relief piece, the first detection piece and the second detection piece are all connected with the controller. When the discharging pipe is blocked, the first pressure relief piece firstly relieves pressure in the storage tank, then the controller judges whether pressure difference exists between the interior of the storage tank and the discharging port or not through the first detection piece and the second detection piece so as to judge whether excessive pressure exists in the connecting position of the discharging port and the discharging pipe or not, and when the excessive pressure exists, pressure relief can be conducted through the second pressure relief piece; and blockage materials are prevented from being sprayed out at a high speed due to excess pressure when the discharging pipe is dismounted, and the safety is high.

    本发明公开一种自动泄压装置、泄压方法及双压罐车,其中,自动泄压装置应用于储料罐,储料罐设置有排料口和排料阀,储料罐通过排料口与卸料管连接,自动泄压装置包括设置在储料罐外侧的第一泄压件和用于检测储料罐内部压力的第一检测件,排料阀与排料口之间还设置有第二泄压件和第二检测件,第一泄压件、第二泄压件、第一检测件和第二检测件均与控制器连接,当卸料管发生堵料时,第一泄压件先对储料罐内部进行泄压,然后控制器通过第一检测件和第二检测件判断储料罐内部和排料口之间是否存在压力差,以判断排料口与卸料管的连接处是否有余压,有余压时能够通过第二泄压件进行泄压,避免在拆除卸料管时因余压而使堵料高速喷出,安全性高。
