The invention discloses a battery fast charging system, which comprises an auxiliary power supply, a communication interface, a main control unit, a battery side protection device, a power conversion unit, an input side protection device and a battery simulator, and is characterized in that the output end of the battery simulator is electrically connected with the input end of the input side protection device; the input side protection device is electrically connected with the power conversion unit, the power conversion unit is electrically connected with the main control unit and the battery side protection device, and the main control unit is electrically connected with the auxiliary power supply and the communication interface. According to the invention, an advanced power conversion technology and embedded software are adopted to form a physical high-voltage battery simulator, and a simulation BMS algorithm is integrated, so that a direct-current charging pile and an alternating-current charging pile based on a national standard protocol at present can carry out efficient conversion charging on 12V and 48V system batteries.

    本发明公开了一种电池快充系统,包括辅助电源、通信接口、主控单元、电池侧保护器件、功率变换单元、输入侧保护器件和电池模拟器,所述电池模拟器输出端与输入侧保护器件的输入端电性连接,所述输入侧保护器件与功率变换单元电性连接,所述功率变换单元分别与主控单元和电池侧保护器件电性连接,所述主控单元分别与辅助电源和通信接口电性连接。本发明,采用先进的功率变换技术以及嵌入式软件形成实物高压电池模拟器,并集成模拟BMS算法,使得目前基于国标协议的直流充电桩以及交流充电桩能给12V和48V系统电池进行高效转换充电。
