The invention discloses an engine cooling system and method and engineering machinery, and solves the technical problems that when a water cooling radiator and an intercooling radiator of a high-power engine share one set of cooling fan, the cooling power of the radiator is difficult to match, and the ECM performance and the service life of the engine are influenced by high temperature of a power cabin. An engine is placed in an engine compartment, an engine water radiator and an air inlet intercooling radiator are arranged in an up-and-down structure, the intercooling radiator is placed in the engine compartment, the water radiator is placed outside the engine compartment, a water radiator wind scooper is designed in a dip angle structure, hot air is discharged upwards, and hot air backflow is avoided; the power cabin temperature is effectively reduced. According to the two radiators, hydraulic motors are adopted to drive cooling fans to conduct independent heat dissipation, stepless speed regulation of the fans is achieved by adjusting the flow of the cooling motors, and reasonable control over the water temperature of an engine system, the air inlet temperature and the engine room temperature is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种发动机散热系统、方法及工程机械,解决了大功率发动机水散散热器和中冷散热器共用一套冷却风扇时,散热器冷却功率匹配困难和动力舱温度高影响发动机ECM性能及寿命的技术难题。本发明涉及一种发动机散热系统,发动机放置于动力舱内,发动机水散热器和进气中冷散热器采用上下结构布置,中冷散热器放置在动力舱内部,水散热器放置在动力舱外部,水散热器导风罩采用带倾角结构设计,热风上排,避免热风回流,有效降低动力舱温度。两散热器采用液压马达驱动散热风扇进行独立散热,通过调整散热马达的流量实现风扇的无极调速,达到对发动机系统水温、进气温度和机舱温度的合理控制。
