The invention discloses a power-adjustable light storage and charging integrated method and system, and relates to the field of energy storage systems and charging piles. The method comprises the following steps: setting a power-adjustable optical storage and charging integrated system; the allocation mode is selected according to the use time period, the electric vehicle and the battery unit are charged through bidirectional flow of energy between the alternating current bus and the direct current bus when the electricity price is valley, the battery unit is in a standing state when the electricity price is valley, and the photovoltaic unit transmits generated energy to the direct current bus through the photovoltaic DCDC module; electric quantity stored by the battery unit and the photovoltaic unit are preferentially used to charge the electric vehicle at the peak of electricity price; the control switch matrix dynamically distributes power of the charging DCDC module through switching of the switch, and it is guaranteed that any charging gun meets the power requirement of charging. Energy interaction between the micro-grid system and the alternating-current power grid is achieved through the energy storage PCS, and energy storage in the micro-grid and the charging pile can directly conduct energy interaction through the direct-current bus.
