The invention relates to the technical field of high-speed magnetic suspension traffic, and discloses a zero-flux electric suspension coil unit and a superconducting magnetic suspension system. The coil unit comprises a close-side zero-flux coil close to the superconducting coil in the guiding direction and a far-side zero-flux coil far away from the superconducting coil, and the close-side zero-flux coil and the far-side zero-flux coil are staggered by a preset distance in the heading direction. The close-side zero-flux coil comprises a close-side zero-flux upper coil and a close-side zero-flux lower coil, the far-side zero-flux coil comprises a far-side zero-flux upper coil and a far-side zero-flux lower coil, and the close-side zero-flux upper coil and the far-side zero-flux upper coil are connected in series and are the same in current flow direction and amplitude. The near-side zero-flux lower coil and the far-side zero-flux lower coil are connected in series and have the same current flow direction and amplitude; and the near-side zero-flux upper coil and the far-side zero-flux upper coil as well as the near-side zero-flux lower coil and the far-side zero-flux lower coil have opposite current flows and have the same current amplitude.
