The invention discloses a high-speed rail wheel set detection platform. The high-speed rail wheel set detection platform comprises a base, a to-be-detected wheel set, an I-shaped beam, a stand column frame, a measuring truss, a servo feeding device, a shifting fork device, a lifting device, a clamping device and a friction wheel. The PLC receives an instruction to control the wheel set to be detected to reach a detection position, meanwhile, the light source is automatically turned on, the camera collects a shaft end image and transmits the shaft end image back to the industrial personal computer for recognition, and after photographing is completed, the shifting fork device shifts the wheel set to be detected into the detection position. The lifting device jacks up the wheel set to be detected, the left clamping device and the right clamping device jack the wheel set to be detected tightly, the lifting device returns to the original position, the friction wheel rotates to drive the wheel set to be detected to rotate, and the laser sensor detects parameters, needing to be detected, of the wheel set to be detected. And after the size detection is finished, the lifting device lifts the wheel set to be detected, the jacking device loosens, and the lifting device puts down the wheel set to be detected. And the shifting fork device shifts the wheel set to be detected out of the detection station. The wheel set parameter detection device is convenient to install and use, advanced in detection technology, high in working efficiency and capable of rapidly and accurately detecting the parameters of the wheel set.

    本专利公开了一种高铁轮对检测平台,包括基座、待测轮对、工字梁、立柱框架、测量桁架、伺服进给装置、拔叉装置、托举装置、夹紧装置、摩擦轮。PLC接到指令控制待测轮对到达检测位置,同时光源自动打开,相机采集轴端图像并回传至工控机进行识别,拍照完毕后拨叉装置将待测轮对拨入检测位置。托举装置将待测轮对顶起,左右夹紧装置顶紧待测轮对,托举装置回原位,摩擦轮旋转带动待测轮对旋转,激光传感器检测待测轮对需要检测的参数。尺寸检测完毕后,托举装置托举待测轮对,顶紧装置松开,托举装置放下待测轮对。拨叉装置将待测轮对拨出检测工位。本专利安装与使用方便、检测技术先进、工作效率高、能够快速精确地检测出轮对的参数。
