The invention provides a method for obtaining the position of a crane jib. The method comprises the steps that an XYZ three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system is constructed in a simulation mode; periodically receiving first and second data measured by the first and second distance measuring sensors; according to the first data, obtaining a first distance of the first distance measuring sensor in the axial direction of the crane jib in each period moment and taking the first distance as the operation length of the crane jib; according to the second data, the first height of the second distance measuring sensor in the vertical direction in each period moment is obtained, and the second height of the first distance measuring sensor in the vertical direction in each period moment is obtained by combining the preset distance and the first distance and serves as the operation height of the crane jib; and on the basis of the XYZ three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system, X-axis and Y-axis coordinate values of vertical projection of the second distance measuring sensor are positioned, and the included angle between the vertical projection point and the X positive axis at each period moment is obtained and serves as the operation rotation angle of the crane jib. According to the invention, the length, height and angle of the crane jib during the hoisting construction of the crane can be accurately judged.

    本发明提供一种获取吊车吊臂位置的方法,包括仿真构建XYZ三维直角坐标系;周期性接收第一及第二测距传感器测量的第一和第二数据;根据第一数据,得到各周期时刻内第一测距传感器在吊车吊臂轴向上的第一距离并为吊车吊臂作业长度;根据第二数据,得到各周期时刻内第二测距传感器垂直方向的第一高度,且结合预定距离和第一距离,得到各周期时刻内第一测距传感器垂直方向的第二高度并为吊车吊臂作业高度;基于XYZ三维直角坐标系,定位第二测距传感器垂直投影的XY轴坐标值,得到各周期时刻垂直投影点与X正轴夹角并为吊车吊臂作业转动角度。实施本发明,能准确判断吊车吊装施工时吊车吊臂的长度、高度和角度。
