The invention belongs to the field of wall-climbing robots, and particularly relates to a rolling adsorption wall-climbing robot with curved surface adaptability, which comprises a negative pressure generation device, a detection device, a driving device, a robot base and a rolling sealing mechanism, and the negative pressure generation device, the detection device, the driving device and the rolling sealing mechanism are respectively mounted on the robot base. The driving device drives the whole wall-climbing robot to move, and the detection device detects the environment condition of the surrounding wall surface while the wall-climbing robot moves; the lower surface of the rolling sealing mechanism is attached to the wall face, the negative pressure generating device is matched with the rolling sealing mechanism, negative pressure is generated in the inner space of the rolling sealing mechanism, and then the wall-climbing robot is attracted to the wall face. The robot can replace manpower to climb, check and maintain curved wall surfaces, and can carry operation tools to replace manual operation, so that the labor intensity of operators is relieved, the working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the danger is reduced, and the personal safety of the operators is guaranteed.

    本发明属于爬壁机器人领域,具体地说是一种具有曲面适应能力的滚动吸附爬壁机器人,包括负压产生装置、检测装置、驱动装置、机器人底座与滚动密封机构,负压产生装置、检测装置、驱动装置与滚动密封机构分别安装于机器人底座上。驱动装置带动爬壁机器人整体进行移动,检测装置在爬壁机器人移动的同时检测周围壁面环境情况;滚动密封机构的下表面贴附于壁面,负压产生装置与滚动密封机构相配合,并使滚动密封机构内部空间产生负压,进而使爬壁机器人吸附在壁面上。本发明可代替人工进行曲面壁面攀爬和检查维护,并可搭载作业工具代替人工作业,不但减轻作业人员劳动强度,提高工作效率,同时减少危险,保障作业人员人身安全。
