The invention discloses a battery swap station or an energy storage station and an elevating method of the battery swap station or the energy storage station. The battery replacing station or the energy storage station comprises a box body frame which comprises an upper frame body and a lower frame body, and upper stand columns of the upper frame body are detachably connected with lower stand columns of the lower frame body; and the outer parts of the upper frame and the lower frame are detachably connected with the protection plates respectively. The lifting expansion is realized in the height direction, so that the space of the battery replacing station or the energy storage station can be further expanded in the height direction. Therefore, the expansion of the battery changing station or the energy storage station is not limited by the transverse space.
