The invention provides a vehicle with an energy recovery function and an energy recovery control method and device thereof. The control method comprises the steps that the battery state of a power battery is obtained in response to the situation that an accelerator pedal is not independently stepped down; determining the maximum recovery torque amount which can be provided by the motor according to the battery state; according to the vehicle energy recovery mode and the state of the brake pedal, the recovery negative torque amount needing to be generated by the motor is determined within the range not larger than the maximum recovery torque amount, and the motor is instructed to respond to the recovery negative torque amount so as to recover energy and brake; and determining whether a mechanical braking torque and a required mechanical braking torque amount need to be provided according to the maximum recovery torque amount and the state of the brake pedal, and instructing an electronic vehicle body stabilization system to respond to the mechanical braking torque amount to brake. According to the vehicle with the energy recovery function and the energy recovery control method and device of the vehicle, the driving experience during vehicle energy recovery and braking can be improved, energy is saved, and meanwhile the driving comfort and safety are improved.

    本发明提供了一种带有能量回收的车辆及其能量回收的控制方法、装置。上述控制方法包括:响应于加速踏板未被单独踩下,获取动力电池的电池状态;根据电池状态确定电机可提供的最大回收扭矩量;根据车辆能量回收模式和制动踏板的状态在不大于最大回收扭矩量的范围内确定电机需要产生的回收负扭矩量,并指令电机响应回收负扭矩量以回收能量并制动;以及根据最大回收扭矩量和制动踏板的状态确定是否需要提供机械制动扭矩及所需要的机械制动扭矩量,并指令电子车身稳定系统响应机械制动扭矩量以制动。本发明所提供的带有能量回收的车辆及其能量回收的控制方法、装置能够改善车辆能量回收并制动时的驾驶体验,在节能的同时提高驾驶的舒适性与安全性。
