The invention discloses a braking method and device for vehicle energy recovery and a vehicle with the same. The method comprises the steps that when it is detected that the vehicle is in a sliding energy recovery working condition, whether the vehicle is in an energy saturation state or not is judged; if the vehicle is in the energy saturation state, the required torque value of the motor is adjusted to be the minimum torque value; and according to the minimum torque value and the torque evaluation value corresponding to the current energy recovery grade, the required braking torque of the vehicle body stability control system is calculated, and the vehicle is braked according to the required braking torque. Therefore, the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that energy cannot be recycled due to factors such as a battery, the recycling torque is different, and consequently the sliding dragging deceleration of the whole vehicle is inconsistent is solved, and the safety of the vehicle is greatly improved.

    本申请公开了一种用于车辆能量回收的制动方法、装置及具有其的车辆,其中,方法包括:在检测到车辆处于滑行能量回收工况时,判断车辆是否处于能量饱和状态;若车辆处于能量饱和状态,则将电机的需求扭矩值调整为最小扭矩值;根据最小扭矩值和当前能量回收等级需对应的扭矩求值计算车身稳定控制系统的需求制动扭矩,以根据需求制动扭矩对车辆进行制动。由此,解决了相关技术中因电池等因素导致不能能量回收带来的回收扭矩不同,从而导致整车滑行拖滞减速度不一致的问题,大大提升车辆的安全性。
