A braking force generation scheme for the total required braking force of the vehicle, in which energy recovery braking is performed when the vehicle speed is greater than a first speed; when the vehicle speed is smaller than the first speed and larger than the second speed, motor reverse connection braking and mechanical braking are executed, and braking force generated by motor reverse connection braking and braking force generated by mechanical braking are superposed; when the vehicle speed is less than the second speed, mechanical braking is performed, and the braking force is generated by the mechanical braking. The combination of three braking modes of energy recovery braking, motor reverse connection braking and mechanical braking is achieved, the braking effect is guaranteed, electric energy consumed under the low-speed condition is reduced, and the problem that a mechanical braking device is overheated or fails due to frequent braking when a vehicle goes downhill for a long time or runs at a high speed is solved.
